I cannot say enough good things about this place! I was so nervous to bring my boy Hank in for his first ever grooming appointment and I can say that Bailey’s staff specifically Willow who groomed Hank went above and beyond!

Our sweet dog had been to two previous groomers before we found Baileys! Both previous places made us feel bad for her level of anxiety and could never complete the grooming session, and they never offered any suggestions about going forward. Bailey’s offered suggestions about how to get her comfortable, and medication options from the vet among other suggestions.
They called after the initial intake to check in, finished in a timely manner, completed the job and exceeded our expectations.

Willow has given our labradoodle great haircuts at City Dogs. The new location is great - clean, quiet, plenty of room. We will keep coming here because we are treated well and the dog always looks great!
One of the only places in town that know how to give cute doodle haircuts! Monica and Willow* are great with nail clippings and grooming.

We absolutely love taking our dogs to Shake and Shine! The staff are always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! They're always happy to lend a hand when we need any assistance when we're self-washing, drying, or grooming our rather large dog. We also love how well Willow* takes care of our labradoodle when he goes in for a full-grooming. He always looks amazing and you can tell she takes good care of him while he's there. Thank you, Shake and Shine!

Willow was super friendly and took such amazing care of our puppy. It was our first time using rover and she honestly has set the bar pretty high for our standards now. She was very flexible with us since we had some issues with travel. We will definitely be using her for all of our future trips. Our dog was almost sad to leave because he loved it there so much.

Willow was incredibly helpful and responsive. We left our pup with her for a day trip to Friday Harbor and our ferry was over capacity and we were not allowed on. Willow watched Bentley for an extra few hours and was able to drop him off at home for us. Thank you so much!

Our dog seemed to enjoy his stay at Willow's home for the day while we were out of town. I was more relaxed knowing our dog was not at home by himself for several hours but instead was interacting with Willow and her dog and got a walk too.

Willow looked after our two dogs for a few hours on two consecutive days. Communication was great and our boys showed no hesitation when going back to Willow's place the following day. We were lucky to find Willow last minute and will definitely bring our boys back the next time we're in town.

Willow went above and beyond for Chuck, making it clear from every interaction just how deeply she cares for dogs and how seriously she takes her role. Willow was wonderful to our pup! He looked happy in the photos and was tired when he came home which are both wins for us. Our pup also decided to have a bathroom holdout but it didn’t phase Willow! Great care and we’ll be happy to book Willow again in the future.

Willow is awesome! We just moved to town and needed a sitter for our cattle dog while we left the country. This is my first time using Rover, and I am beyond happy to have found Willow. I love how she pays attention to detail. She took time out of her busy schedule to meet with me beforehand to make sure our dogs got along and to get to know each other better. She is very friendly, trustworthy and dependable. You will not be disappointed! I also got photos while I was away, which was really comforting! Above all, my dog loved her, her boyfriend and her sweet dog! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Willow was great with the dogs! We had a last minute request for our two huskies, and Willow was kind enough to take in our pups for the day. She was very responsive, and the dogs were good and tired by the time we got back to pick them up.

Willow looked after Kiki while we went on vacation for a week. We missed Kiki a lot, so I really appreciated the photo updates! Willow was simply wonderful! My boston terrier is a super snuggler and loves to follow you everywhere. She was happy and well cared for during her stay, photo updates were sent. Willow even called me with a minor concern, and I was able to give her tips on how to proceed with my little drama queen LoL will ABSOLUTELY use her again!

Absolutely lovely, flexible, and responsible dog sitter with a passion for the animals she’s caring for even if it’s just a short time ?. I paid for a bath and she trimmed my puppets nails and sent me daily updates with all the fun things my bozo of a dog was getting to do. Her beautiful pup, Ella, was friendly, well-behaved, and well-groomed, too!

Our VERY nervous, timid 85lb Portugese Waterdog NEVER likes to be groomed. That said, City Dogs does an outstanding job dealing with his emotional issues every 8 weeks. Groomer Willow is in particularly very adept at dealing with our super, uber nervous dog and he looks SO handsome after every professional groom. Highly recommend.

We took our 2.5 year old little rescue dog here for a grooming/haircut/etc. Willow* was awesome with him! They do all the extras here including a bandana lol. And they write up a little report card about your doggy:) Way more options offered and much more personalized than Petco, who we took our dog to 3 other times before changing to Petsmart. We are sticking with Petsmart after the great experience!
